SAMYAMA – YOGA – AROGYADHAMA is an unique Health Home under the aegis of Samyama Trust in pursuit of positive health, it has been forefront in creating awareness about Social- Spiritual – Health education to the public especially in the rural areas.

The Trust is striving hard to develop an “All Round Personality Development “through Yoga among the youth, educating women about health & social issues and creating awareness about traffic rules, environment, pollution & other relevant issues among the students by conducting free health workshops, camps, etc., of Yoga, Ayurveda, Homoeopathy & other allied traditional systems.
