Driving is an Art and No man is perfect in driving, as it is an Art every vehicle user must follow the Rules of the Road Regulations, Obey Traffic rules, learn the techniques and management of other Road Users to prevent accidents.
Road Traffic Injuries and deaths are preventable and it is only in the recent years that road safety is being considered a serious health problem because of increase in the vehicle population. Road traffic crashes not only affect the victims, but also their families, friends, and employers. In developing countries like India, the cost of long-term care for the injured or the loss of income due to disability drive many families into poverty. Imparting knowledge in this sector would help reduce disability and catalyze the process of rehabilitation.
Samyama Traffic Education and management Training centre (STEM) is another sub unit functioning under the aegis of Samyama Trust(R) working for the management of Traffic, road safety of the commuter.Condutcting Traffic Education to Drivers of all categories of motor vehicles. STEM not only striving to educate the drivers on Road safety it is also helping the poor Auto rickshaw drivers in taking care of their health through counseling,yoga teaching,conduction medical camps and distributing medicines at free of cost. STEM on the National Festivals distributes uniforms to Poor Auto rikshaw drivers thereby trying to bring discipline among the drivers.
Driving for a longer duration causes excessive tension which is the root cause for accidents, stress management techniques, driving skills, art of driving, driving skills, behavioural education also been given in this centre.

- Traffic Control Devices: Importance and understanding of Road Signs, Markings and Signals - Recognition - Meaning – Action
- Factors Affecting Driver Behaviour: Health, Hygiene, Stress, Fatigue, Hours of Driving, Drunken Driving, Drugs and Medicines
- The Rules of the Road Regulations & the Right of Way
- Basics of Defensive Driving & Hazard Perception
- Handling of Emergencies and Incidents: Vehicles/Human
- Code of Conduct on Road: Lane Discipline, Overtaking, Speeds, Acceleration/Deceleration, U-Turns, Stopping/ Parking, Driver Signals, Night Driving, Mirrors, Moving Off, Tailgating
